Yesterday I had lunch at the absolutely fantastic Plaza Khao Gaeng in New Oxford Street in London and it prompted me to post this photo from my book.
I was planning to post the recipe but actually it is so long and complicated and it’s also in my book, “Mae’s Ancient Thai Food”, which is available as a kindle download so I thought twice!
